Join us Friday at 1:00 PM for a guided trail ride led by one of the Hughstons themselves—a special chance to explore the beauty of Cow Camp with the people who know it best. You’ll ride through open pastures, wooded trails, and scenic spots that make this land so special to our family. Meet at the pond before the ride and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the saddle with great company and even better views.

12:00 PM Family Fun Event
Before the rodeo action gets underway, bring the whole family out for our Family Fun Event in the arena. Starting at noon, this event is filled with interactive games, kid-friendly activities, and a behind-the-scenes look at rodeo life. It’s a great way to introduce younger fans to the sport and enjoy a relaxed, community-focused experience.

Chili cook off
12:30 PM Drop Off Your Chili!
Join us Sunday at 12:30 PM for the annual Cow Camp Chili Cook-Off—where the competition is hot and the tasting is free! Whether you’ve got the best-tasting chili or just the most creative name, you’ll have a chance to win fun prizes. Entry is completely free, and so is the tasting. To enter a chili, simply bring it to the main building by 12:15 PM and be ready to serve. Judging and taste testing will wrap up at 1:30 PM, and we’ll provide the sample cups and spoons. Come hungry and ready for a good time!

cornhole tournament
1:00pm - Cornhole Tournament
Grab a partner and get ready for some friendly competition at the Cow Camp Cornhole Tournament happening Sunday at the main building! Entry is $20 per team, and we also have a Youth Division (15 & under) for just $10 per team. Registration opens at 11:30 AM, and spots are limited to the first 50 teams, so be sure to sign up early. The first bags fly at 1:00 PM, so bring your A-game and get ready to toss for bragging rights and prizes!
